Alexander Sablov

Alexander Alexandrovich Sablov (Russian: Александр Александрович Саблуков; 1783 - 1857) was a Russian Lieutenant General, engineer and inventor. In 1832 Sablov is credited with invention of the centrifugal fan (1832), later developed a type of water pumps.
